I can assist you in finding structural, and functional balance, with knowledge, quality, intention, and compassion.   I offer you an opportunity to relax and focus on you, and to achieve short term and long term improvements within you body/mind.

Good health and feeling good are essential for a high quality life.   I horseback ride, snowboard, and have trained in the martial arts and yoga since 1993.   I love to explore the outdoors.   I have been practicing massage since 1999 following a motor vehicle accident, which brought me through the trauma and rehabilitation process.    Massage Therapy helped me through that process and changed my life.

My intent through my work, is to enhance health, recreation, and rehabilitate others to enjoy what they love.   That may mean addressing sub acute or chronic injuries or helping you to relax, breathe, and move better. I blend a wide spectrum of resources for your recovery, stress reduction and overall wellness.
